Daddy shaved for the first time in a long time, and Elijah didn't seem to recognize him. He looked familiar but...it took a little while to really be sure. I took this picture of him looking at Steven when he first came in from work yesterday. He just stared at him for about 5 minutes with his pouty lip.
Eventually, he realized that was still his dada.
Mommy looks the same though.
We started the day in this outfit that Bill sent to Elijah soon after he was born, but Elijah decided to pee on it.
Today we enjoyed some partially sunny skies and visited the horses and the creek, both favorites of Elijah.

OMG! These are the cutest pics EVER!!!!! I LOVE the first one with the pouty lip! I just put it as the background on my desktop!! Soooooo cute! ... He's such a handsome boy. I miss him soooo much. And the ones where he's wearing his little beanie ... he looks sooo bad ass. Don't mess with THIS baby! haha!
The pouty lip picture looks exactly like Ben! I swear that is the first thing I thought when I saw it. Ben makes that pouty face all the time ... something tells me Elijah gets a lot more mileage out of it than Ben does.

The video looks like a Cabbage Patch :) So cute!! And way to go dad, getting some video with mom!!!
